In this context, we present to your information the text of the announcement regarding the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which was issued to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms and personal data of all our customers, regardless of which products and services they use, especially the privacy of their private life.

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, as Smart Plus Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, in the capacity of data controller, your personal data is as follows; It will be processed and transferred to third parties where permitted by the legislation.

Purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data:
To be used in all kinds of products and services offered as an electronic money institution within the scope of Law No. 6493 and other legislation; recording the identity, address and other necessary information to identify the transaction owner's information; to arrange all records and documents that will be the basis of the transaction in electronic or paper environment; to comply with the information retention, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the legislation, BRSA, CBRT and other authorities; To be able to offer the requested / other products / services of our company and to fulfill the requirements of the contract you have concluded.

Persons / organizations to whom personal data can be transferred for the above-mentioned purposes:
Persons or organizations permitted by the Law No. 6493 and other legislative provisions; Financial institutions listed in the Law No. 6493 and other 3rd parties, including but not limited to; BRSA, CMB, CBRT and all public legal entities including but not limited to; our main shareholder, our direct / indirect domestic / foreign affiliates; Program partner organizations, domestic / foreign business partners and all other third parties and all official authorities, including but not limited to, from which we receive services, cooperate to carry out our electronic money issuance activities.

Method of collection of personal data:
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as the Head Office, Branches, Representatives, kiosks, ATMs, internet branch and call center.

User rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698: By applying to our organization, your personal data;

a) learning whether it has been processed or not,

b) requesting information if processed,

c) learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

ç) to know the third parties to whom it was transferred in the country / abroad,

d) requesting correction if it is incomplete / incorrectly processed,

e) Requesting its deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

f) To request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) above, to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,

g) objecting to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems,

ğ) You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
